Tile Mosaic
On Delos there are various existing tile mosaics on the floors of homes. This mosaic has been reconstructed on the wall of the museum. The full mosaic was about 16 by 16 feet.
This photograph is a close up to show how fine the detail is. Many of the stones are under 1/2 an inch. This photograph is of an area about 2 feet wide.
